新生代农民工城市就业中的媒介支持系统研究——以长三角地区为例

摘　　要：新生代农民工从农村来到城市,在人际传播网络、大众传媒及新媒介、组织传播渠道等不同形态媒介的介入和助推下,完成了非农职业角色的获得;并通过新媒介使用、组织沟通、城乡人际交往等传播实践,在职业生活中的信息、技能和情感层面实现自我赋权,表现出一定程度的职业自觉。新生代农民工城市就业中媒介助推的影响与自我赋权的努力之间不断互动重构,本质上是一个媒介支持系统推动他们不断职业化的过程,进而影响到其自身城市适应进程。From rural to urban,the new generation of migrant workers undergo a shift of the non-agricultural vocational attainment,with the intervention and promotion of interpersonal communication network,mass media,new media,and institutional communication framework. However,they also develop a series of communication practice such as new media use,organizational communication,interpersonal interaction,etc. Through empowering themselves in information,technology and emotion in career,they show a certain degree of professional consciousness. The continuous interaction and reconstruction between media promotion＇ s effects and self-empowerment＇s efforts in the new generation peasant workers＇ urban employment,is essentially a process of media support system to promote their continuous professionalization,thereby affecting the new generation of migrant workers＇ integrating into urban society.
