摘　　要：城市社区治理是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及到不同的利益主体和不同的利益关系。对社区公共事务进行有效管理,必须依法进行。有必要在进一步完善社区自治法律体系的基础上,构建起社区自治的民主决策机制。同时,采取各种途径与措施,开展法制教育,增强社区居民的法律意识。Governance of urban communities is complicated system engineering,involving different interest subjects and relationship. It is obligatory to manage the community public affairs effectively and lawfully. And it is necessary to construct a mechanism of democratic decision-making based on the further improvement of legal system for the community autonomy. Simultaneously,a variety of measures should be taken to carry out law education so as to enhance the legal awareness of the community residents.
