摘 要:以节能智能型生物质颗料燃料供热密集烤烟工艺设备为试验设备,研究了烟秆秸秆压块作为固体燃料在楚雄烟叶烘烤中的应用情况。结果表明:秸秆压块作为燃料替代煤炭在密集烤房中运用在技术上是完全可行的,秸秆压块点火容易、升温快、火力强、温度调节灵敏度高,可以满足烤烟烘烤工艺要求;秸秆压块烤烟虽然燃料成本有所增加,但可降低烘烤用工成本,总体上可节约成本,且秸秆压块烘烤烟叶的外观质量及常规化学成分与用煤烘烤的烟叶无明显区别。With intelligent energy-saving tobacco bulk curing equipment as the experimental equipment which using biomass particles as the fuel, the paper studied the application of compressed tobacco straw stalk as the solid fuel in tobacco leaf curing process in Chuxiong. The results showed that using compressed straw stalk instead of coal as the fuel in tobacco bulk curing process was feasible in technology. Compressed straw stalk was easy to ignite, could heat up rapidly, was of strong firepower and highly sensitive to temperature adjustment, and thus could meet the requirements of tobacco leaf curing technology. Although using compressed straw stalk as the fuel would increase the cost of fuel, it could reduce tobacco curing labor costs, so it could save the cost as a whole. Appearance quality and conventional chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco leaves were not significantly different between using compressed straw stalk and coal as the fuel.
