摘  要:社会导师制在应用型人才培养上有其独特的优势,是应用型人才培养的有效方式之一,正得到部分高校重视和积极推行。但是因为实践者对社会导师制认识不尽一致,导致内容和形式五花八门,效果参差不齐。尝试给出了社会导师制的概念界定和主要内涵,比较系统地阐述了社会导师制的模式构建和实践路径。The social tutorial system serves as a way to make use of off-campus professionals with expertise and experience,which is an important way to produce college students with practical abilities. The author proposes that we should attach great importance to daily tutoring, regular visits and improve the present way of training. Emphasis should be put on the concepts,management and assessment with focus on the responsibilities of the tutors and improving tutor management and tutor employment system. Tutor hired from outside the campus should be professionals with expertise. The author of this paper explores the connotation of some key concepts and proposes some approaches to the establishment of tutorial modes.
