新型敷料在门诊换药中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨新型敷料在门诊换药中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月以来在我科实施换药的368例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予传统方法换药,观察组给予新型敷料换药。比较2组患者的换药次数、创面愈合天数、不良反应发生率及有效率。结果新型敷料组患者疗效明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用新型敷料应用于门诊换药,可以有效促进创面愈合、预防创面感染、减少换药次数、明显减轻换药时的痛苦、缩短患者的就医时间、降低患者的换药费用,提高患者满意度,值得在临床进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the application effects of the new type dressing on outpatient wound.Method368 cases of patients with all kinds of wound were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated by the traditional treatment of dressing and the experimental group was treated by the new type dressing.The dressing times,wound cure days,the rate of untoward effect occurrence and effective rate of two groups were analyzed.Result The clinical effective of new type dressing were higher signicantly than the control group.Was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In outpatient wound dressing,new type can accelerate the recovery wound,preventive the wound infection,reduce the dressing times and relieve the dressing pain significantly,lower the money,and improve the patients satisfaction degree,deserve to further application in the clinic.
