重症急性胰腺炎患者实施优质护理的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨重症急性胰腺炎患者实施优质护理干预的效果,为临床护理工作提供参考依据。方法将123例重症急性胰腺炎住院患者分为优质护理组63例、常规护理组60例。在进行常规治疗的基础上,常规护理组给予常规护理措施,优质护理组全程提供优质护理服务,统计比较2组患者的治疗效果及护理服务质量等情况。结果优质护理组患者治疗效果(显效率为65.08%、好转率为31.75%及病死率为3.17%)明显优于常规护理组(显效率为40.00%、好转率为48.33%及病死率为11.67%)(P<0.05);优质护理组患者基础护理落实率为90.47%、陪护率为61.90%、患者满意度为96.83%,也明显好于常规护理组(基础护理落实率为73.33%、陪护率为100.00%、患者满意度为81.67%)(P<0.05),并发症减少、患者投诉次数显著降低。结论重症急性胰腺炎患者实施优质护理不仅能够提高治疗效果,提升护理服务质量,而且能够有效较少患者并发症的发生,降低病死率。Objective Investigating the effect of high quality nursing intervention in patients with severe acute pancreatitis,and to provide reference for clinical nursing work.Methods 123 cases of severe acute pancreatitis in patients with high quality care before and after the implementation of the standard,and it is divided into high quality nursing group 60 cases,63 cases of conventional nursing group.On the basis of clinical medicine treatment,the two groups were given routine nursing measures,and the quality of nursing service was provided by the high quality nursing group.The treatment effect and quality of nursing service were compared between the two groups.Results High quality nursing group treatment effects（significant efficiency is 65.08%,improvement rate of 31.75% and the mortality rate was3.17%）was significantly better than the routine nursing group（markedly effective rate was 40.00%,improvement rate of48.33% and the mortality rate was 11.67%）（P〈0.05）;high quality nursing groups in basic nursing implementation rate for 90.47%,accompanying rate 61.90% and patients＇ satisfaction was 96.83%,it was better than the usual care group（basic nursing implementation rate was 73.33%,accompanying rate was 100.00% and patient satisfaction was 81.67%）（P〈0.05）,reduce complications,patients with the number of complaints decreased significantly.Conclusion The implementation of high quality care in patients with severe acute pancreatitis can not only improve the effect of treatment,improve the quality of nursing service,but also can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and reduce mortality.
