循环经济视角下吉林省资源型城市转型的研究

摘　　要：吉林省是全国资源型城市聚集的省份之一,曾为国家经济发展提供过大量的资源以及资源型产品,但伴随着资源的减少枯竭,吉林省资源型城市陷入经济发展的困境,本文从循环经济的视角设计了吉林省资源型城市转型的路径以及发展循环经济的配套措施,通过发展循环经济来实现吉林省资源型城市转型的目标。JiLin province is one of the gathered provinces in terms of national resources, supporting a large number of resources and resource products for the development of the national economy. But with the decrease of resource depletion, the exploiting of resource-based city in JiLin province gets into the dilemma situation. This paper designs the development path of resource-based city transformation for Jilin province and the supporting measures for circular economy development from the perspective of circular economy. So it is to realize the goal of transformation of resource-based city through the development of circular economy.
