摘 要:本文通过对逆向造型后得到的汽车悬架控制臂模型进行性能、特点及其加工工艺分析,并对液态模锻加工工艺进行研究,然后基于液态模锻对汽车悬架控制臂进行了模具设计。较以往的锻造加工来说,液态模锻具有比较明显的优势,既满足了当前对汽车生产的大批量需求,又保证了成形件的质量。同时,大大提升了材料的利用率,节约了能源,降低了生产成本,增强了企业竞争力。In this paper, automotive suspension control arm model is obtained by reverse modeling, and it is analyzed. Firstly its properties, characteristics and processing technology are analyzed. And then the liquid die forging processing technology is studied. Finally, the automobile suspension control arm' s mold is designed. Due to the curved surface structure of the automobile suspension control arm is complex, so it needs to have higher precision and quality. Compared with the previous forging processing, liquid die forging has the obvious advantages. Not only it satisfys the current mass demand for cars, and ensures the quality of the forming parts. At the same time, in the case of energy hortage, it can not only improve the utilization rate of materials, but also save energy and reduce the production cost, enhance the enterprise competitiveness
