双歧杆菌三联活菌联合消旋卡多曲口腔崩解片治疗病毒性肠炎患儿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌联合消旋卡多曲口腔崩解片治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的疗效和安全性。方法:选择我院2013年10月至2014年4月间收治的病毒性肠炎患儿160例,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(n=80)和治疗组(n=80),对照组给予喜炎平静脉滴注和口服双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊,治疗组在对照组的基础上,给予消旋卡多曲口腔崩解片,观察两组患儿疗效、治疗顺应性、症状恢复时间及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组患儿总有效率、总配合率为96.25%和95%,显著低于对照组的87.5%和83.75%,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),治疗组止泻时间、退热时间和呕吐消失时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01),两组患儿不良反应发生率分别为3.75%和2.5%,差异没有统计学意义(P=0.650)。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌联合消旋卡多曲口腔崩解片治疗小儿病毒性肠炎,疗效确切可靠,不良反应发生率低,可改善患儿预后,促进恢复,值得临床推广。To explore the clinical effect and safety of live combined bifidobacterium combined with racecadotril orally disintegrating tablets in treatment of infant viral enteritis. Methods： A total of 160 infants with viral enteritis, who were treated in Chongzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2013 to April 2014, were selected and randomly divided into treatment group（n=80） and control group（n=80）. Then the control group was treated with Xiyanping intravenous drip and live combined bifidobacterium orally, on the base of which, the treatment group was added racecadotril orally disintegrating tablets. The clinical effect,subordination, recovery time of clinical symptom and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results： The total effective rate（96.25%） and total subordination rate（95%） of treatment group were significantly higher than that（87.5%） and that（83.75%） of control group（P〈0.05）. Antidiarrheal time, antipyretic time, vomiting disappear time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）. There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Live combined bifidobacterium plus racecadotril orally disintegrating tablets in the treatment of infant viral enteritis has the following advantages： exact and reliable effect, low incidence of adverse reactions, improving the prognosis and promoting the recovery of symptom, which is worth popularizing in the clinical field.
