摘  要:目的:探讨优质护理服务在门诊输液中心的应用效果。方法:选取2013年1-12月本院门诊输液中心输液582例次作为对照组,对门诊患者进行跟踪,患者在挂号、拿药后,通过护士引导分别进入成人、儿童相应的区域输液;另外选择2014年1-12月本院门诊输液中心输液578例次作为观察组,对其采用优质护理服务,比较两种方法的护理质量、输液差错及患者的满意度。结果:观察组每项护理质量得分、患者满意度均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组输液差错率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在门诊输液中心内实行优质的输液护理服务,有助于提升护理质量及患者的满意程度。Objective:To investigate the effect of the application of high-quality care in the outpatient infusion center.Method:In 2013 from January to December,582 cases times of infusion in the outpatient infusion center of our hospital were selected as the control group,patients went into the adult or children infusion area withthe help of nurses after registration and took medicine for outpatients track.And in 2014 from January to December,578 cases times of infusion in the outpatient infusion center of our hospital were selected as the observation group,they were given high-quality outpatient care,the quality of care,error of infusion and patients' satisfaction of the two methods were compared.Result:Each nursing quality score and patients' satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The difference in the error rate of infusion between the two groups were not statistically significant(P〉0.05).Conclusion:The optimization of transfusion nursing service quality in outpatient infusion center helps to improve the quality of care and patients' satisfaction.
