高拉速下H型坯连铸中间包传输特性研究

摘　　要：以三流H型坯连铸中间包为研究对象,采用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT建立三维几何模型,模拟研究了高拉速下H型坯连铸中间包内传输特性,研究结果表明,导流孔直径(D)为100 mm,导流孔高度(H)为550 mm,导流孔夹角(θ)为50°时,中间包综合性能最优.With three-strand H-beam blank continuous casting tundish as the research object,the computational fluid dynamic software FLUENT was adopted to build three dimensional geometry model and simulate the transfer characteristic in the tundish for H-beam blank continuous casting under higher casting speed. The results showed that the tundish had the optimized comprehensive performance when the diameter of flow-guiding bore（ D） is 100 mm,the height of flow-guiding bore（ H） is 550 mm and the angle between two flow-guiding bores（ θ） is 50°.
