摘　　要：中国中医科学院重点项目"百年中医史研究"旨在为发展中医药上升为国家战略提供史学支撑。辛亥革命以来,中医药走过"抗争图存,自强发展(1912年-1949年)"、"事业奠基,曲折前行(1949年-1977年)"、"全面发展,走向世界(1978年至今)"三段历程,发展取得了举世瞩目的成就。发展中医药是历史的选择,是时代的需要,对于我国医药乃至社会经济发展都具有重要的现实价值和深远的战略意义。The purpose of ‘Research on a hundred years TCM history＇ of the Key Project of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences is to provide historical support for the development of TCM as a future national strategy. TCM has passed through three periods and made eye-catching achievements since the Revolution of 1911, including ‘TCM struggled for survival and self improvement and development（1912-1949）＇, ‘TCM was founded and developed along the winding road（1949-1977）＇, ‘TCM developed comprehensively and globally（1978-present）＇. The development of TCM is a historic inevitability and the needs of the new epoch. It has important practical value and far-reaching strategic significance to development of both Chinese medicine industry and social economy.
