摘　　要：类风湿关节炎是常见的自身免疫性疾病,属于中医学"痹证""历节病""尪痹"的辨证范畴。文章探讨了伏毒理论,从病因病机、症候表现及中医治疗的角度对伏毒与类风湿关节炎的关系进行阐述,为临床治疗类风湿关节炎提供理论支持。Rheumatoid arthritis（RA） was a common autoimmune disease which belonged to the syndrome differentiation category of ‘bi disease＇ ‘lijie disease＇ and ‘aggravated bi＇ of TCM. In this article, the theory of latent toxic was explored, and the relationship between latent toxic and RA was analyzed from the view of pathogenesis, symptoms and treatment, in order to provide theoretical support for the clinical treatment of RA.
