摘　　要：国医大师阮士怡从事中医、中西医结合事业近70余年,学贯中西,医技精湛,如今已近期颐之年,仍倾心于临床。中医学于两千多年前即有"治病必求于本","正气存内,邪不可干","邪之所凑,其气必虚"等理论,阮教授进而阐幽发微,创造性提出"益肾健脾,涤痰散结"防治心病的治疗大法。文章列举阮教授临证验案二则,以介绍阮教授"益肾健脾,涤痰散结"大法在中医心病中的运用及其组方用药特色,以飨同道。Professor RUAN Shi-yi engages in traditional Chinese medicine and integration of traditional and western medicine for nearly 70 years, he has thorough knowledge of both Chinese and western medicine with excellent medical skills. He still engaged in clinical work although he is nearly 100 years old. More than two thousands years ago, there were theories of ‘searching for the primary cause of disease in treatment＇, ‘when there is sufficient health qi inside, the pathogenic qi have no way to invade the health body＇, ‘where evils converge, the qi must be deficient＇ in traditional Chinese medicine. Professor RUAN creatively puts forward the therapies for cardiovascular disease as ‘invigorating spleen and kidney, dissipating phlegm and resolving masses＇ based on these theories. This paper illustrates two cases to introduce professor RUAN＇s therapeutic principle and formula composing characteristic for cardiovascular disease.
