摘　　要：文章介绍柴可夫教授运用虫类药治疗糖尿病并发症的经验。柴可夫教授认为瘀血阻滞是糖尿病并发症的核心病机,临床上擅长运用飞灵走窜的虫类药进行治疗,疗效显著。笔者列举了常用的虫类药,并介绍了使用虫类药的注意事项。This article summarizes professor CHAI Ke-fu＇s academic idea in treating diabetic complications with insect drugs. Professor CHAI believes that the blood stasis is the key pathogenesis of diabetic complications. He is good at treating this disease with insect drugs in clinic with remarkable curative effect. Some commonly used insect drugs are listed, and the attentions of applying insect drugs are also introduced in this paper.
