摘　　要：目的:通过对驱虫类中药饮片安全事件报道的系统梳理,分析其发生不良反应/事件(ADR/ADE)的特点及原因,提出驱虫类中药饮片的警戒与合理用药建议。方法:系统检索30年来国内外文献,收集和整理10味驱虫类中药饮片的ADR/ADE文献,采用回顾性研究和统计学方法对该类中药饮片的不良反应进行分析。结果:收集驱虫类中药饮片ADR/ADE文献报道20篇,案例26例。涉及ADR/ADE的中药饮片为3味,占驱虫类饮片数的30%。分析可知,驱虫类饮片ADR/ADE的临床表现主要为A型不良反应、B型不良反应,偶见D型不良反应,其中毒副反应和过敏反应较为常见,发生原因多样。结论:驱虫类中药饮片发生安全问题多与自行用药有关。加强驱虫类中药饮片的用药警戒,对提高该类饮片的安全合理应用具有重要意义。Objective： To analyze the characteristics and reasons of adverse drug reactions/adverse drug events（ADR/ADE）, and provide suggestions for the pharmacovigilance and the rational use of prepared slices of Chinese materia medica for anthelmintic. Methods： Reviewed the literature reports of 10 kinds of Chinese materia medica for anthelmintic over the last 30 years, and then analyzed the characteristics and reasons of ADR/ADE by retrospective study and statistical methods. Results： The total of 26 ADR/ADE cases were in 20 literature reports, in which 3 kinds of herbs were involved, accounting for 30% of prepared slices of Chinese materia medica for anthelmintic. According to the analysis, the clinical manifestations of ADR/ADE were mainly type A and type B, which were toxic and allergic reactions as the most common manifestations. Type D was rarely involved. The primary causes of ADR/ADE were diverse. Conclusion： Self-medication is the most common factor which leads to security problems in Chinese materia medica for anthelmintic. To strengthen the pharmacovigilance of prepared slices of Chinese materia medica for anthelmintic is of great significance for improving their safety and reasonable application.
