中医药防治艾滋病科研的实践与思考

摘　　要：艾滋病作为一种传染病,从上世纪90年代开始运用中医药进行治疗以来,取得了较大的进展。在艾滋病中医基础研究方面如病因病机、证候分布及演变规律为艾滋病的临床治疗提供了理论基础;在艾滋病中医临床研究方面包括无症状感染的早期干预、常见机会性感染及高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(HAART)不良反应等,形成了有效的治疗方药和治疗方案,提高了中医药防治艾滋病临床疗效。下一步要深入开展中医药治疗艾滋病的作用机制研究并开展方案的临床推广和优化,使更好的发挥中医药防治艾滋病的科研成果作用,提高中医药防治艾滋病的临床疗效。As an infectious disease, AIDS had made great progress on the prevention and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine since 1990 s. Basic research of TCM in AIDS such as the etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome distribution and evolution law provided a theoretical basis for clinical application of AIDS. In terms of the clinical research on the prevention and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine, early intervention of asymptomatic infection, common opportunistic infections and side effects of HAART formed the effective treatment prescriptions and treatment schedule, improving the clinical effects of AIDS prevention. The next step is to do further study on mechanism of HIV/AIDS treated by traditional Chinese medicine and to carry out the plan of clinical promotion and optimization, so as to play a better role in research of AIDS prevention and treatment and raise TCM clinical effects on the prevention and treatment of AIDS.
