摘 要:目的:通过本实验室前期建立的中药寒热药性细胞学评价方法评价中药白薇的寒热药性。方法:用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法考察白薇对Hela细胞和SGC-7901细胞体外增殖的影响,倒置显微镜观察白薇对细胞形态特征的影响,台盼蓝染色法分析白薇的细胞毒作用。结果:白薇在所选浓度范围(5-800μg/m L)内对细胞增殖的影响皆表现为抑制。形态学观察表明白薇能使细胞密度减小,细胞固缩变圆,颗粒感增加。台盼蓝染色表明白薇对这两种细胞没有细胞毒作用。结论:研究结果表明白薇药性寒凉,且对所用细胞没有细胞毒作用。Objective: To evaluate cold or hot property of Radix Cynanchi Atrati in two cells which were established previously in our laboratory. Methods: MTT assay was used to investigate the effects of Radix Cynanchi Atrati on the proliferation of Hela cells and SGC-7901 cell in vitro, whose morphological changes were observed through inverted microscope. Trypanblue staining was used to analyze the cytotoxicity of Radix Cynanchi Atrati. Results: Radix Cynanchi Atrati inhibited the growth and proliferation of Hela cells and SGC-7901 cells at the concentration range of 5-800μg/m L. Morphological observation showed that Radix Cynanchi Atrati decreased the cell density, condensed the cell in the concentration range and obviously increased grainy. Trypan-blue staining showed that Radix Cynanchi Atrati had no cytotoxicity to both of the Hela cells and SGC-7901 cells. Conclusion: Radix Cynanchi Atrati belongs to cold property and has no cytotoxicity in our study.
