解郁活血方治疗斑秃临床观察及其对血浆内皮素的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究解郁活血方治疗斑秃临床疗效及作用机制。方法:将70例斑秃患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例用解郁活血方治疗,对照组35例用斑秃丸和胱氨酸片治疗;另选35名健康者作为健康组。治疗前后分别测定健康组和两组斑秃患者血浆内皮素(ET)含量;并观察治疗组和对照组的临床疗效。结果:经过4个疗程的治疗,治疗组总有效率为85.7%,对照组为62.9%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血浆ET水平均高于健康组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组血浆ET水平降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且基本恢复至健康组水平;对照组血浆ET水平有降低趋势,但差异无统计学意义;治疗后治疗组SALT评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:解郁活血方治疗斑秃有较好的疗效,且能降低ET水平。Objective： To study the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Jieyu Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of alopecia areata. Methods： Seventy cases of alopecia areata patients were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty-five cases in treatment group were treated with Jieyu Huoxue Decoction, 35 cases in control group were treated with Alopecia Areata Pill and Cystine Tablets, and another 35 healthy people were selected as healthy group. The contents of plasma endothelin（ET） of patients in the three groups were measured before and after treatment, and the clinical curative effects of patients in the two treatment groups were both observed. Results： After treating for 4 courses, the total effective rate of treatment group was 85.7%, and that of control group was 62.9%, so the efficacy of treatment group was superior to that of control group（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, the levels of ET of patients in control and treatment groups were higher than that of healthy group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the level of ET in treatment group was decreased, it had statistical significance compared with that of treatment before（P〈0.01）, which was restored to the normal level basically. The level of ET of patients in control group showed a decreasing trend after treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant. After treatment, the improvements of SALT Score in treatment group were superior to that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Jieyu Huoxue Decoction has a better curative effect in treating alopecia areata, and it can decrease the level of ET.
