皮脂膜修复贴敷料在皮肤修复中的研究分析

摘　　要：目的评价皮脂膜修复贴敷料在皮肤损伤修复中的疗效及安全性。方法将120例符合入组条件的患者随机分为试验组(皮脂膜修复贴敷料组)和对照组(透明质酸修护贴敷料组),观察和评价两组患者的不良反应及疗效。结果受试者治疗20d后,试验组有效率为91.67%,对照组有效率为85.00%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.057>0.05)。试验组与对照组不良事件发生率均为0,各项生命体征的差异无统计学意义。结论皮脂膜修复贴敷料和透明质酸修护贴敷料在皮肤损伤修复治疗中一样安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of sebum membrane repair dressing in skin repair. Methods 120 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into the experiment group（sebum membrane repair dressing group） and the control group（hyaluronic acid repair dressing group）. Adverse reactions and curative effects of patients in two groups were observed and evaluated. Results At 20 days after treatment, the effective rates of the experiment group and the control group were 91.67% and 85.00% respectively. Difference in two groups had no statistical significance（P=0.057〉 0.05）. The incidence rates of adverse events of the two groups were both zero. And differences in all vital signs were no statistically significant. Conclusion Sebum membrane repair dressing and hyaluronic acid repair dressing in repair treatment of skin injuries are equally safe and effective.
