摘 要:目的建立HPLC法测定复方甲氧沙林注射液中甲氧沙林的含量。方法 HPLC法,采用CAPCELL PAK C18UG120色谱柱(Dimensions 4.6 mm I.D.×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-水(35∶65)为流动相,检测波长:248 nm;流速:1.0 ml·min-1;柱温:30℃。结果甲氧沙林在1.025~10.25μg·ml-1的范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.68%,RSD为0.54%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、测定结果准确,重复性好,可用于复方甲氧沙林注射液中甲氧沙林的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of methoxsalen in compound methoxsalen injection. Methods CAPCELL PAK C18UG120 column( Dimensions 4. 6 mm I. D. × 250 mm) was used as the chromatographic column,and the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-water( 35∶ 65). The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min- 1and detection wavelength was 248 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The calibration curve of methoxsalen showed a good linear relationship over the range of 1. 025- 10. 25 μg·ml- 1( r = 1. 0000). The average recovery of methoxsalen was 99. 68% and RSD was 0. 54%( n = 9). Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and with good reproducibility. It can be used for the determination of methoxsalen in compound methoxsalen injection.
