摘 要:为了评价渤海湾天津沿岸花鲈的遗传多样性水平,采用水平式淀粉凝胶电泳法检测了该地区花鲈肝脏和肌肉组织中的7种同工酶(α-GPD、GPI、IDH、LDH、MDH、ME和PGM)和肌浆蛋白.共检测出14个基因座位、19个等位基因,GPI-1*、GPI-2*、IDH-1*和PGM*共4个基因座位存在变异.单位基因座位的等位基因数为1.3571,有效等位基因数为1.0563,多态基因座位比例(P0.99)为0.285 7,平均杂合度观察值为0.033 1,平均杂合度预期值为0.037 0.这些结果显示渤海湾天津沿岸花鲈的遗传多样性水平偏低,应加强对该地区花鲈种质资源的保护.To evaluate the genetic diversity level of Lateolabrax maculatus distributed in Tianjin Coast of Bohai Bay,seven isozymes(α-GPD,GPI,IDH,LDH,MDH,ME,PGM)and PROT from the liver and muscle tissues of Lateolabrax maculatus were examined by horizontal starch gel electrophoresis. Fourteen loci and nighteen alleles were detected in total,among which four loci,i.e. GPI-1*,GPI-2*,IDH-1* and PGM*,were polymorphism. The number of alleles per locus was1.357 1,the mean effective number of alleles per locus was 1.056 3,the proportion of polymorphic locus(p〈0.99)was 0.285 7,the heterozygosity observed was 0.033 1,and the heterozygosity expected was 0.037 0. These results demonstrated that the genetic diversity of Lateolabrax maculatus distributed in Tianjin Coast of Bohai Bay is slightly low. So the protection of germplasm resource of Lateolabrax maculatus in this area should be strengthened.
