摘　　要：目的了解天津市津南区北闸口镇近5年内居民主要死因构成,为政府制定相关疾病预防控制策略提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法分析北闸口镇2010—2014年死亡监测资料。结果 2010—2014年北闸口镇共报告死亡病例982例,总死亡率为561.29/10万,其中男性报告522例,死亡率为610.15/10万,女性报告460例,死亡率为514.54/10万,除<1岁组外,死亡率随着年龄增高而增高;不同职业人群中,除学龄前及学生外,无业及自由职业人群寿命低于其他职业人群(P<0.05),不同文化程度人群中,大学及以上人群平均寿命较其他人群高(P<0.05);北闸口镇居民主要死因顺位前4位分别是循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒,其中损伤和中毒致死率及死因顺位高于天津市整体水平。结论北闸口镇政府应特别加强对交通事故、意外伤害及中毒等因素导致的损伤和中毒致死的控制。[Objective] To understand the main constitution of causes of death among residents of Beizhakou Town in Jinnan District of Tianjin in recent 5 years, provide evidence for government to develop the prevention and control strategies of relevant diseases. [Methods]The descriptive epidemiology was adopted to analyze the death data of Beizhakou Town from 2010-2014. [Results] A total of 982 death cases were reported in Beizhakou Town from 2010-2014, with total mortality rate of 561.29/lakh, and the mortality rate in males and females was 610.15/lakh（522 cases） and 514.54/lakh（460 cases） respectively. Except for 0-1 year-old age group, the mortality increased with age. For occupational distribution, unemployed and self-employed individuals had shorter lifespan than those with other occupations except preschool children and students （P〈0.05）. As for educational background, the average lifespan of graduates was longer than other groups （P〈0.05）. The top 4 death causes among residents in Beizhakou Town were circulatory system diseases, malignant tumors, respiratory diseases, injuries and poisoning. The fatality rate and death sequence of injuries and poisoning were higher than overall level of Tianjin. [Conclusion] Beizhakou Town government should strengthen the control of injuries caused by traffic accident, accidental injury and poisoning, as well as the death due to poisoning.
