妊娠早期妇女尿碘及甲状腺功能的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠早期妇女甲状腺功能及碘营养水平。方法选取20-40岁、妊娠12周以内、单胎妊娠、无甲状腺及其它疾病的孕妇122例为研究对象,同时选取本地120名健康适龄妇女作为对照组,妊娠组检测血清甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体（TPOAb）、TSH、TT4、FT4和尿碘,对照组检测血清TT4、TSH、FT4。结果妊娠早期妇女血清TT4、FT4中位数高于对照组,血清TSH中位数低于对照组,比较均有显著差异（P〈0.05）;妊娠早期妇女尿碘中位数204.60μg/L。结论妊娠早期特异血清TSH、TT4、FT4与对照组有差异。Objective To discusses thyroid function and iodine nutrition level of the first trimester women in Hohhot.Method 20 to 40 years old,select pregnancy within 12 weeks,single pregnancies,no thyroid and other diseases of the pregnant women122 cases as the research object,and select the local 120 healthy women peers as control group,Pregnancy group are assayed for serum hyroid peroxidase antibodies TPOAb,TSH,TT4,FT4 and urine iodine,the control group are assayed for serum TT4,TSH,FT4.Result The first trimester women serum of TT4 and FT4 median higher than control group,serum TSH median is lower than the control group,there were significant difference（P〈0.05）;The median urinary iodine of The first trimester women is 204.60μg/L.Conclusion The specific serum TSH,TT4,FT4 and the control group were different in early pregnancy.
