规范化采血操作流程在采集血液标本中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察护士应用规范化采血操作流程进行采集血液标本的效果。方法回顾性分析2013年9月至2014年9月检验科拒收的不合格血液标本作为对照组,分类分项统计例数并分析原因,与检验科制定规范化采血操作流程,对护士进行培训,收集培训后2014年10月至2015年9月检验科拒收的不合格标本作为观察组,对两组不合格血液标本进行对比,观察规范化采血操作流程的应用效果。结果观察组不合格血液标本中因血凝固、溶血、血量不足、送检延迟、检测容器选择不当以及条码错误回退数量较对照组明显减少(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论护士在采集血液标本的时候,需要严格按照操作流程进行,并且保证操作的规范性,才能有效地控制医院血液标本的不合格率,提升血液检验的质量。Objective To observe the effect of blood sampling by using standardized blood collection operation procedure.Methods Retrospective analysis of non qualified blood samples collected from September 2013-2014in September,as the control group,the classification and analysis of the causes,and the test section to develop standardized blood collection operation process,the nurses were trained,collected in October 2014-2015 year after the examination of the unqualified specimens as the experimental group,the two groups of substandard blood samples were compared to observe the effect of standardized blood collection operation flow.Result Two group comparison,training of unqualified blood samples for blood coagulation,hemolysis,insufficient blood volume,delay inspection,measuring container selection improper and bar coding errors,resulting in a marked decrease in the number of backoff,P〈0.05,statistical significance.Conclusion Nurses in the collection of blood samples,the need to strictly follow the operation process,and to ensure the operation of the standard,to effectively control the hospital blood samples of the failure rate,improve the quality of blood test.
