摘  要:对旋流器内油滴粒子的聚集与破碎机理,以及旋流场中影响油滴粒子聚集破碎的作用力进行分析。指出油滴粒子的聚集的力大于两相界面张力时出现界面发生破裂而聚集。雷诺剪切应力作用大于粘性剪切应力,是油滴粒子发生破碎的主要作用力,同时分析了油滴粒子破碎时的临界Weber数,指出影响油滴粒子聚集破碎的部分影响因素。The mechanism of oil particles coalescence and fragmentation inside the cyclone was analyzed in this paper, as well as the forces affecting the effect. It could be found that the oil particles would aggregate due to the interface rupture when the coalescing force was greater than the interfacial tension. Reynolds shear stress was the main force that led to the breakup of oil particles, and played a more important role than the viscous shear stress. Meanwhile, some factors that influenced the coalescence and fragmentation of the oil particles were pointed out by analyzing the critical Weber number of breakage.
