摘　　要：目的探讨对泌尿外科住院患者药物过敏性休克实施抢救及护理的方法。方法选择2013年3月—2014年3月在我院泌尿外科接受治疗的药物过敏性休克患者30例,将所有患者根据治疗及护理方法分为2组各15例,对照组进行常规治疗及护理,观察组实施针对性的抢救及护理措施。分析其抢救护理过程及结果。结果经及时抢救与护理,观察组抢救成功率高达100%;对照组有2例抢救无效死亡,抢救成功率为86.7%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对泌尿外科药物过敏性休克患者实施积极抢救与护理,严格遵照医嘱用药,确保呼吸道通畅,是抢救成功的关键。Objective To investigate the method of implementation of rescue and nursing of hospitalized patients of Department of Urology drug anaphylactic shock. Methods 30 cases of choice in 2013 March ～2014 year in March to accept the treatment in the Department of Urology in our hospital drug anaphylactic shock patients,takes it as the research object,all patients according to treatment and nursing methods are divided into two groups,15 cases in each number,the control group was given conventional treatment and nursing,the observation group for the implementation of rescue and nursing measures the analysis of the rescue and nursing process and results. Results The timely rescue and nursing,the observation group the rescue success rate as high as 100%;the control group 2 cases died,rescue success rate is 86.7%.There is a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of active salvage and nursing in Department of Urology drug anaphylactic shock patients,in strict accordance with the prescribed medication,ensure the unobstructed respiratory tract,is a major factor in a successful rescue.
