摘　　要：对当前印染企业运用的涤棉针织物漂棉染涤一浴法工艺进行了探讨,分析该工艺存在的一些不足与缺陷,提出采用耐碱性好的染化料和选择烧碱调整染浴p H≈10.5~11.0进行漂染,来保证染色物的鲜艳度和颜色稳定性,并对其他因素提出了新建议。The process of bleaching cotton and dyeing polyester in one-bath for polyester/cotton knitted fabric applied in dyeing and printing enterprises was investigated.The existing shortcomings and defect of the process were analyzed.It is proposed that the vividness and color stability of dyed fabrics can be assured by using dyestuff with good alkali-resistance and adjusting dye bath to p H≈10.5~11.0 with caustic soda in bleaching and dyeing.New recommendations for other factors were also proposed.
