摘  要:研究了以环保浆料CD—DF858完全取代PVA的上浆工艺,对比新旧2种配方的调浆工艺、浆纱工艺、上浆效果和织造上机情况,证明了CD-DF858浆料完全可以取代PVA用于紧密纱上浆,不仅可以有效提高织造效率,还可以降低浆料成本和保护环境。The sizing process of environment friendly size CD-DF858 which completely replaced PVA was investigated.The old and new formulations about size mixing,sizing,effect sizing and weaving in looming were compared.It proved that CD-DF858 size were able to completely replaced PVA for high-count compact spinning yarn.It can improve the efficiency of weaving and reduce the sizing costs,protect the environment as well.
