摘　　要：通过介绍自清洁玻璃产生的背景,阐述自洁玻璃的自清洁原理。从TiO_2薄膜的微观结构入手分析了TiO_2晶型对光催化性能的影响,从而找到相对应晶型的热处理工艺。In this paper, by introducing the background of self-cleaning glass and self-cleaning glass self- cleaning principle are expounded. From the microscopic structure of TiO2 thin film and analyzes the effects of TiO2 crystal light catalytic properties, so as to find the corresponding to the crystal type of heat treatment process.
