摘 要:分析了乌鲁木齐石化分公司1.2 Mt/a延迟焦化装置焦炭塔大油气管线结焦原因,总结了大油气管线在线清焦技术的原理、工艺生产条件、施工操作步骤以及安全环保措施。该技术成功地将工艺、设备、环保三方面在线配合应用,避免了传统焦化装置对大油气管线进行清焦需要停工的问题。清焦结束后,操作压力较清焦前下降0.06 MPa,液体收率提高1.2%,焦炭收率下降1.05%,经济效益增加10.75万元/d,避免了因塔压高而停工的难题,为同类装置解决此类问题提供了借鉴。The causes of eoking in the large oil gas pipelines in the coke drum of a 1.2 MM TPY delayed coker are analyzed, and the decoking principles, process conditions, construction and operating procedures and safety measures are summarized. This technology has successfully integrated process, equipment and environmental protection and avoided the shutdown of the unit operation for decoking of large oil gas pipelines in conventional delayed cokers. After decoking, the operating pressure is lowered by 0.06 MPa as compared with that before decoking, the liquid yield is increased by 1.2%, the coke yield is reduced by 1.05% and economic benefit is increased by 107,500 Yuan (RMB)/d. The unit shutdown because of high pressure of coker drum is eliminated, which provides a valuable reference for solving the similar problems of the units.
