摘  要:以山西省吴家峁矿井进风立井井筒为研究对象,根据井筒内施工设备的布置方案设计吊盘梁格,主要研究了立井施工中吊盘的受力及变形情况。运用ANSYS软件建立吊盘的三维模型,施加约束与载荷后,在ANSYS求解器中求解,采用米塞斯屈服准则,得到吊盘的等效应力分布和位移变化。通过应力云图和位移变化,可了解吊盘的受力状况及变形情况。由抓岩机工作和空载时悬吊点位移的变化计算的结果得知,吊盘以0.25m的振幅上下振动。Taking ventilation shaft lining of Wujia Mao mine in Shanxi province as a research object,the design of the hanging plate's beams by the layout of constructing equipments was done.Using the ANSYS software to establish 3D model of the hanging plate,after conducting constraint and load,solving in ANSYS solver,and using Mises yield criterion,the equivalent stress distribution was obtained.Its force nephogram and displacement changes showed that the stress of the plate,and the deflection of the hanging plate.Based on displacement change of hanging point in case of grab loader working and no-load,the results show that hanging scaffold would vibrate with 0.25 mvibration amplitude.
