摘 要:金属污染物是引起GIS内盆式绝缘子沿面闪络的重要因素。为了获得金属污染物对盆式绝缘子沿面绝缘特性的影响规律,对雷电冲击作用下金属污染的盆式绝缘子闪络特性进行了较为系统的实验研究。文中基于GIS内金属异物形貌特征的统计分析,通过人工模拟金属异物的方法,分别研究了正、负极性雷电冲击作用下,异物尺度、附着位置以及气室压强对盆式绝缘子闪络特性的影响。实验结果表明,正极性雷电冲击作用下,金属污染的盆式绝缘子闪络电压低于负极性,且金属异物越接近高压电极侧,盆式绝缘子闪络电压越低。盆式绝缘子闪络电压随附着金属异物长度的增加明显降低,当长度超过一定值时,闪络电压下降趋势变缓。存在金属异物污染时,正极性雷电冲击和负极性雷电冲击下U-P曲线均呈现出"驼峰"特征,而负极性雷电冲击下U-P曲线的"驼峰"特征更为显著。整个研究可以为提出现场GIS盆式绝缘子缺陷检测方法提供参考。The metallic particle contamination is the important factor to cause the flashover of the disc insulator from the practical experience. In order to understand the influence of metallic particle contamination on the flashover characteristics of disc insulators, the flashover characteristics of disc insulators under standard lightning impulse (LI) voltages is investigated on the basis of analysis of metallic particle profile, including the influence of the particle length, attached location and gas pressure. The experimental results show that the flashover voltage under positive polarity of LI is higher than that of negative polarity when the metallic particle is attached to the surface of disc insulators. With the distance between the metallic particle and the high-voltage electrode decreases, the flashover voltage under positive polarity of LI further decreases. The flashover voltage drops obviously with the extension of the metallic particle's length. The reduction would become not obvious when the length of metallic hump will be more obvious under negative polarity of LI than that under positive polarity. This study can provide some references for the detection of the defect in GIS.
