摘  要:文中研究了架空地线覆冰的机理,通过力学计算得出:同等条件下架空地线在覆冰后易先断裂,从而引起塔头断裂,最终导致倒杆断线。为防范架空地线发生覆冰断线影响输电线路的可靠运行问题,文中基于风杯定向转动原理,设计了一种架空地线无源机械式防覆冰装置,利用特定的气象条件,对装置牵引力和架空地线的摩擦力进行计算,证明了初始风能可以为该装置提供循环游走的动力,通过对该装置机械机构的优化设计,使得其在架空地线上反复游走过程有效清扫地线上的雾凇和初始雨凇,实现防覆冰功能;另外该装置设计体积小,安装使用简单,无需电源供能,全机械动力驱动,适合恶劣气象条件下使用,实践证明该装置具有很强的实用性。In this paper, the mechanism of icing on overhead ground wire is studied, and the mechanical calculation shows that under the same conditions, the overhead ground wire is easy to break, which can lead to the collapse of the tower. In order to avoid the influence of the icing breakage operation of the transmission line, this paper based on the principle of the overhead ground wire on the reliable of the wind cup directional rotation, designs a kind of anti-icing device of overhead ground wire passive mechanical type, calculates the friction force and traction device of overhead ground wire through using certain meteorological conditions, it can provide the initial wind power cycle walk into the device, through the optimization design of the mechanical structure of the device, making it in the overhead wire repeatedly walk effectively cleaning ground rime and glaze initial, achieve anti-icing function; and the device has the advantages of small volume, simple to install and use, without power supply, mechanical drive, use suitable for bad weather conditions, it is proved that the device has very strong practicability.
