摘　　要：目的：调查北京地区健康成人及儿童未成熟血小板比率（IPF）的参考区间,为该指标应用于临床提供前期研究基础.方法：用全自动血细胞分析仪Sysmex XN-9000对1008份成人EDTA抗凝全血和384份儿童末梢血进行IPF测定.本研究参考个体的筛选及数据分析均参照WS/T 405-2012文件及CLSI推荐的标准进行.经检验结果初筛和体检报告查阅,筛选出参考个体,进行数据统计.分析IPF的分布特点,比较IPF在不同性别及年龄段人群的差异,并计算参考区间.结果：最终745例成人及357名儿童被选为参考个体,以非参数统计方法计算得出成人总体IPF中位数为3.0％,参考区间为1.1％～8.27％,不同性别及年龄组成人的IPF没有明显差异;儿童末梢血IPF的中位数为0.65％,参考区间为0.3％～2.26％,性别间没有明显差异.结论：本研究中儿童末梢血IPF的中位数及参考区间上下限明显低于成人.Objective：To establish the reference interval for immature platelet fraction （IPF）of healthy adults and children in Beijing.Methods：Peripheral blood samples from 1008 adults and 384 children were collected. The IPF was measured by the Sysmex XN-9000 analyzer.Seven hundreds and forty five adults and 357 chil- dren were selected as reference healthy individuals by physical healthy examination.The age and gender dis- tribution was analyzed.The reference interval were determined by the non-parametfical method.Results：There was no statistical difference between sex and age.The median IPF was 3.0% and the reference interval was 1.1%-8.27% in adults.The median IPF was 0.65% and reference interval was 0.3%-2.26% in children.Con- clusion：The upper and lower limits of reference interval were obviously lower in children than in adults in this study.
