摘　　要：随着社会经济的不断发展,人力资源配置精细化趋势日益明显,随之而来的问题也将会出现,而在一定程度上,体育人力资源配置的总体情况还不能满足当前的现状,主要表现在数量的不足和质量的偏低;文化水平层次相对较低;专业技术水平上升幅度较小;呈现出不合理的结构。在可持续发展的今天,我们需要不断地探索发现,找出一些解决体育人力资源配置合理化的办法。With the continuous development of social economy,human resource allocation of sports fine increasingly clear that the attendant problems will also appear,and in some extent,the overall configuration of human resources cannot meet the current situation,the main performance in the low number of deficiencies and quality;cultural level is relatively low-level,professional and technical level rise is small;exhibit irrational structure.Sustainable development today,we need to continue to explore the discovery,to find some solutions to rationalize the allocation of human resources approach.
