摘 要:高层悬挑结构的施工是建筑结构施工中的一个关键且危险性较大的施工技术。深圳某工程部分楼层转角处悬挑梁最长7000mm,对悬挑平台进行设计应用于工程,证明设计的工字钢斜支撑与钢悬挑梁组合的悬挑平台可以有效解决高空悬挑结构的施工问题,支撑架受力合理,解决了大悬挑钢梁的挠度问题,安装和拆除简便易行。进行了支撑架体系的设计与施工,包括设置悬挑工字钢梁、设置工字钢斜支撑、在支撑架上搭设模板支撑系统以及防护架等,对型钢在结构上的锚固和支撑架节点构造做了详细说明,设计的支撑架体系在该工程的应用效果较好。Construction of high-level cantilever structure is a key construction technology in building structure construction engineering, it is a dangerous work. In a project of ShenZhen, Steel Cantilever Beam is 7000mm longer than floor. Construction technology for support frame combined by I steel beveled beam and steel cantilever beam is described, it is proved to be an effective method to solve the problem of the construction of the high altitude cantilever structure.The system is reasonable to be subjected to loading, it can solve the problem of large deflection of cantilever beam,it's easy to installation and removal. The design and construction is made,including the set of Steel Cantilever Beam,I Steel beveled Beam ,The supporting frame erection of supporting system and the protection frame;In this text, anchored method of Steel Cantilever Beam-slab and node structure of Support Frame system are introduced in detail. The system is proved to be an effective method in the project.
