摘 要:近年来PPP模式在基础设施建设领域中得到广泛应用,其中政府与私营企业采用PPP模式修建基础设施的融资风险分担是研究热点。在总结PPP模式融资风险分担文献的基础上,探讨运用讨价还价模型进行政府部门与私营企业的融资风险分担,利用不同成员对讨价还价的耐受程度,得出耐受程度与参与方的风险利益相关的结论,并通过算例验证其可行性。In recent years,PPP mode is widely applied in the field of infrastructure construction,the financing risk sharing research of the government and the private enterprises using PPP model to build infrastructure construction is the hot topic.According to the literatures of the PPP mode of financing risk sharing,discusses how to use the bargaining model to analyze the government departments and the private enterprise financing risk sharing,then uses the degree of tolerance to bargain of different members to conclude that the degree of tolerance is associated with the risk of interests of the parties,finally uses numerical example to verify its feasibility.
