摘 要:电解锰渣是电解锰过程中产生的过滤酸浸渣。近几年来,随着电解锰行业的快速发展,带来了很大利益的同时也带来了严重的环境污染问题,对电解锰渣的资源化利用已经成为亟待解决的问题,现已成为电解金属锰行业和环境保护领域的研究热点。介绍了目前电解锰渣综合利用的研究进展,总结了目前各种方法的不足,并提出了一些对电解锰渣的研究及应用前景的想法,旨在为未来电解锰废渣的资源化综合利用提供参考。Electrolytic manganese slag is a kind of filtered acid residue produced in the process of electrolytic manganese production.In recent years, the rapid development of electrolytic manganese industry brings great benefits, but at the same time, it also causes environmental pollution problems.The resource utilization of electrolytic manganese slag has become an urgent problem to be solved, which has become a hot spot in the field of electrolytic manganese metal industry and environmental protection.The current research progress of comprehensive utilization of electrolytic manganese slag was introduced, and shortcomings of existing methods were summarized.Some ideas for the research and application of electrolytic manganese slag were also put forward, hoping to provide a reference for the comprehensive utilization of electrolytic manganese waste residue in the future.
