摘 要:压型钢板与混凝土界面的纵向剪切-粘结破坏是控制组合板承载能力的破坏方式。在试验研究和有限元分析的基础之上,基于欧洲规范的部分连接法,引入代表抗剪连接程度的折减系数η,提出了简支压型钢板-混凝土组合楼板纵向抗剪承载能力的简化计算方法;针对组合板中最为常用的抗剪栓钉的端部锚固形式,通过试验研究和有限元参数分析,再与各国规范的比较和讨论,考虑了栓钉尺寸和数量、混凝土强度和弹性模量、组合板荷载分布和尺寸等因素,提出了端部锚固组合板剪切-粘结破坏时承载能力的改进计算方法。简化计算方法可用于具有不同几何形状、压纹类型和荷载分布情况的组合板。采用简化计算方法得到的结果与不同研究者的试验结果对比后显示出较好的一致性,可供工程设计参考。The load carrying capacities of composite slabs with profiled steel sheeting are governed by the longitudinal shear-bond strength of the surface between the concrete and the steel deck. According to previous experimental study and finite element analysis,based on the partial connection( PSC) method in European codes,the reduction coefficient η was introduced to represent the degree of shear connection,and a simplified method was proposed to calculate the longitudinal shear capacity of simply-supported composite slabs with steel plates and concrete. For the most popular end anchorage form in shear studs in composite slabs,the results of experimental study and parametric studies by finite element method were compared and discussed with current design specifications of different countries,and then an improved calculation method was proposed for bearing capacity of the end anchor composite slab in shear bond failure,considering the dimensions and amounts of studs,strength and elastic modules of concrete,load distributions and dimensions of composite slabs in this method. The simplified method can be used for composite slabs with various geometric shapes, embossment conditions and load distributions. Comparisons of the experimental results from different researchers and the calculated results indicate that the simplified calculation method agrees well with the experimental result,which can provide reference for engineering design.
