摘 要:主要研究跨度、开孔率和距高比对加强受压翼缘圆孔蜂窝梁力学性能的影响并提出简化设计公式。利用ABAQUS建立165个模型,得出不同跨度、开孔率和距高比的加强受压翼缘圆孔蜂窝梁的强度、稳定承载力,分别分析上述三个参数对其力学性能的影响程度,给出此三个参数的建议取值,提出强度承载力提高系数和稳定承载力提高系数,通过线性回归分析得到简化设计公式。研究结果表明,开孔率、跨度分别是影响加强受压翼缘圆孔蜂窝梁强度承载力、稳定承载力的主要因素;将有限元结果与前苏联钢结构规范计算结果对比,证明简化设计公式足够精确,可应用于工程设计。Mechanical properties affected by span,opening rate,distance height ratio and simplified design formulas of up-flange-stiffened cellular beams were mainly researched. By establishing 165 models with FEM analysis software ABAQUS,strength and stability bearing capacities of cellular beams were obtained on different span,opening rate and distance height ratio. The effect of these parameters on its mechanical properties were analyzed respectively. Additionally,recommended values were presented for these parameters. After data and linear-regression analysis,simplified design formulas were proposed with strength increase coefficient and stability bearing capacity increase coefficient. The following conclusions could be drawn: opening rate and span are main factors of the strength and stability bearing capacity of cellular beam respectively. Comparing the results between FEM and designing code,the simplified design formulas are accurate and reliable enough to applied for reference to engineering practice.
