菠萝麻混纺织物的性能测试

摘　　要：分析几种菠萝麻混纺织物的性能。试织了7中不同规格的菠萝麻混纺织物;测试了各试样的透气性、透湿性、耐磨性、顶破强力及起毛起球性,分析对比不同混纺比、织物组织和密度对织物性能的影响。试验表明:随着菠萝麻纤维含量的增加,织物耐磨性、顶破强力、透气性、透湿性均有改善,而起毛起球性严重;斜纹织物透气、透湿、起毛起球性好,而耐磨性、顶破强力差。认为:菠萝麻混纺织物可应用于夏季汽车坐垫织物。Properties of several kinds of pineapple hemp blended fabric were analyzed. Seven kinds of pineap- ple hemp blended fabric with different specification were woven. The air permeability, moisture penetrability, wear resistance, bursting strength and pilling property of each sample were tested. The influence of different blending ratio, fabric texture and density on fabric property was analyzed. The test results show that the wearresistance, bursting strength,air permeability and moisture penetrability are all improved as the increase of pineapple hemp fiber content, while the pilling property is worse. The air permeability, moisture penetrability and pilling property of twill are better while the wear resistance and bursting strength are worse. It is considered that the pineapple hemp blended fabric can be used as auto pillow fabric in summer.
