摘　　要：总结莱赛尔亚麻混纺竹节织物的生产要点。介绍了莱赛尔纤维和亚麻纤维的质量指标;对亚麻纤维进行预处理,提高其可纺性;两种纤维在开棉工序进行纤维混和;适当降低各打手速度,减少对纤维的损伤;细纱工序采用柔洁纺技术,提高成纱质量水平;采用HS-Ⅱ型浆纱机上,双槽双浸双压;优化喷气织机工艺参数,最终使产品顺利生产,织物下机一等品率达到93.2%。认为:采用柔洁纺技术可以提高成纱质量,保证织造顺利生产。Production key points of lyocell flax blended slub fabric were summarized. The quality inde＇xes of lyocell fiber and flax fiber were introduced. Flax fiber was pretreated to improve its spinnability. Two kinds of fi- bers were blended in opening process. Speed of each beaters were suitably decreased to reduce fiber injury. Soft less hair yarn spinning technology was adopted in spinning process to improve yarn quality level. Double sizing box,double dip and double pressure HS-Ⅱ sizing machine was used. The technology parameters of air-jet loom were optimized to ensure successful production. First grade percentage before cloth repairing was reached 93.2 %. It is considered that yarn quality can be improved by adopting soft ＆ less hair yarn spinning technology ensured successful weaving production.
