摘 要:基于紫外吸收原理,研制了一种新型硝酸盐在线监测传感器。通过对硝酸钾标准溶液的测试,绘制了该传感器的标准曲线,利用传感器对几种实际水体的硝酸盐含量进行了检测,并和国标法进行对比,同时通过加标回收率、稳定性、重复性及最低检出限等实验,对传感器的性能进行了评估。实验表明,传感器和国标法测量值的相对误差小于10.0%,加标回收率为91.8%~126%,传感器稳定性和重复性实验的CV值(变异系数)分别为3.364%和3.043%,最小检出限为0.074 mg/L。结果表明,该传感器基本满足水体硝酸盐在线监测的需求,并且具有无污染、工作稳定、测量快速和准确的优势。A novel online monitoring sensor for nitrate determination was developed based on the principle of ultraviolet( UV) absorption. The standard curve of the sensor was constructed by testing the potassium nitrate standard solution. The nitrate content of several natural water samples were detected by this sensor,and the results were compared with those of the national standard methods. The performance of the sensor was evaluated by determining the recovery,stability,repeatability,and the detection limit. The results showed that the relative error of the measurements between the sensor and the national standard method was below 10. 0%,and the recovery ranged from 91. 8% to 126%. The coefficient of variation( CV) values of the stability and repeatability experiments were 3. 364% and 3. 034%,respectively,and the detection limit was 0. 074 mg / L. The results suggested that the new sensor can meet the demands for online nitrate monitoring of actual water,and that it offers the advantages of zero pollution,quick and accurate measurements,and strong stability.
