升血宁在老年股骨转子间骨折术后贫血患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨升血宁在老年股骨转子间骨折术后贫血患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院住院部收治的股骨转子间骨折老年患者,术后均出现贫血现象,共86例,根据治疗贫血方法不同分为观察组(升血宁)和对照组(常规治疗),均为43例。对比两组患者围术期失血量,治疗前后血红蛋白水平及FIM功能评分,治疗后两组并发症发生率。结果观察组总出血量较对照组少;出院时及术后1个月观察组血红蛋白水平均高于对照组;术后1个月及3个月观察组FIM功能分值均高于对照组;观察组并发症发生率(13.95%)低于对照组(23.26%)。P均<0.05。结论升血宁能有效纠正老年股骨转子间骨折术后的贫血状况,减少并发症发生率,改善患者生存质量,值得推广。objective Explore liters of blood ning in elderly patients with femoral fracture between rotor anemia application effect.Methods Selection of femoral fractures in elderly patients between rotor admitted in our hospital in-patient department, postoperative anemia phenomenon, a total of 86 cases, according to the treatment of anemia method divided into observation group（liters of blood ning） and the control group（routine treatment）, are in 43 cases. Compared to two groups of patients with perioperative blood loss, hemoglobin level and FIM scores before and after the treatment, the complication rate of two groups after treatment.ResultsObservation group total blood loss less than the control group; In discharge and postoperative hemoglobin level 1 months observation group were higher than control group; 1 month and 3 months after FIM score function observation group were higher than control group; Complication rate of observation group（13.95%）, lower than the control group（23.26%）. P〈0.05. Conclusion Liters of blood ning can effectively correct the elderly femoral fracture between rotor anemia condition, reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient quality of life, is worth promoting.
