摘　　要：目的探讨中药口服联合应用无张力疝修补术治疗老年性腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法全部患者均在术前常规性的检查、备皮后,应用无张力疝修补手术的常规手术方法进行治疗。实验组额外增加中药口服汤剂进行治疗。结果两组患者的手术均获得成功,其中对照组住院时间为7~8天,实验组的住院时间为5~6天。实验组患者术后的生活质量高于对照组患者,且实验组患者的并发症显著减少,P〈0.05。结论老年性腹股沟疝最常用的治疗手段是无张力疝修补手术,但是该手术术后很容易产生排便泌尿的困难,加用中药调理能减少并发症,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the oral medicine combined application without tension hernia repair the clinical curative effect of senile inguinal hernia. Methods All the patients were in preoperative routine inspection, after the skin, without tension hernia repair surgery of conventional method for treatment. The experimental group treated for an additional oral medicine medicinal broth. Results The results of two groups of patients with operation were successful, operation time about 1 hour, after hospitalization after recuperation rehabilitation, all smooth discharge, which controls the length of time for 7~8 days, the experimental group the length of hospital stay of 5~6 days. Experimental group patients postoperative patients life quality is higher than the control group, experimental group and complications in patients with significant, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Groin hernia is common in older adults, and of men than women. Now is the most commonly used treatment senile inguinal hernia without tension hernia repair surgery, but the surgery is easy to produce urinary defecate difficulty, seriously affect the patients postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life.
