摘 要:以紫云英为试验材料,探讨不同基质对紫云英种子萌发成苗的影响。结果表明:蛭石和蛭石∶椰糠=1∶1对种子发芽率有显著的促进作用,分别为74%和72%。蛭石、泥炭土、蛭石∶椰糠=1∶1、蛭石∶泥炭土=1∶1对根长、叶面积、鲜重和株高等方面有显著的促进作用,其中蛭石∶椰糠幼苗根最长为7.88 cm;蛭石幼苗鲜重最大为0.186 g;蛭石∶泥炭土幼苗株高最高为6.04 cm,即蛭石、椰糠对紫云英种子萌发成苗有良好的促进作用。Taking Astragalus L. as test materials,the effects of different substrates to seed germination and seedling growth of Astragalus L. were rexamined. The results showed that vermiculite and 1 ∶ 1 of vermiculite / coconut coir had a significant effect on germination rate which was 74% and 72% respectively; vermiculite,peat,1∶ 1 of vermiculite / coconut coir and 1∶ 1 of vermiculite / peat had significant effect on root length,leaf area,fresh weight and plant height. To be specific,the greatest seedling root length was 7. 88 cm in1∶ 1 of vermiculite / coconut coir,maximum fresh weight was 0. 186 g in vermiculite,and the highest plant height was 6. 04 cm 1∶ 1 of in vermiculite / peat,indicating the vermiculite and coconut coir were the most suitable substrates for seed germination and seedling growth in Astragalus L..
