摘　　要：信息技术的发展程度和水平对信息化测度理论和实践的发展有重要的影响。新一代信息技术具有生态系统、移动、宽带、智能、绿色等特点。文章讨论了:信息技术的代际变化对信息化测度对象的影响;新一代信息技术对信息化测度范围的影响;新一代信息技术发展对测度手段和方法的影响;新一代信息技术的发展使得ICT测度成为综合性测度。The extent and level of the development of information technology has important implications for the development of the theory and practice of informatization measurement. The new generation information technology has the features of ecological system,mobile,broadband,intelligent,green and so on. This paper discusses the following aspects： the impact of generational changes of information technology on the object of informatization measurement; the impact of new generation information technology on the range of informatization measurement; the impact of new generation information technology on the means and methods of informatization measurement; and the development of new generation information technology turns ICT measurement into a comprehensive measurement.
