中药煎汁高位结肠透析治疗慢性肾衰疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟中药方煎汁高位结肠透析对慢性肾功能衰竭的治疗作用。方法:将67例早中期慢性肾衰病人,随机分为2组,对照组西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上,加用自拟中药方煎汁高位结肠透析,每周连续治疗5d,休息2d,疗程为1个月。观察2组肾功能、肾小球滤过率、血常规、症状等指标变化情况。结果:治疗组的肾功能,肾小球滤过率,症状等观察指标的变化有显著性差异(P<0.05),且优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗前后Hb、RBC有显著性差异(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后Hb、RBC变化无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后2组Hb、RBC对比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2组皆未见明显不良反应。结论:自拟中药方煎汁高位结肠透析能改善慢性肾衰的临床症状,改善肾功能,患者依从性高。Objective：To observe the effect of high colon dialysis combine with Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods： We divided 67 chronic renal failure patients who were in early stage into 2 groups.The Control group was given routine treatment of Western medicine, the treatment group on the basis of the control group added high colon dialysis with Chinese medicine decoction with 5 days treatment per week and 2 days off. The course of treatment was one month. Observation the renal function, blood routine, glomerular filtration rate, symp- tom index variation in two groups. Results： Renal function, glomerular filtration rate, the changes of symptoms were ob- served with significant difference （P〈0.05） in the treatment group, and was superior to the control group （P〈0.05）.There was significant difference （P〈0.05） of blood routine in treatment group before and after the treatment. While it was not found in the control group （P〉0.05）. After treatment in the two groups the comparison of blood routine was without sig- nificant difference （P〉0.05）. There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion： high colon dialysis with Chinese medicine decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of chronic renal failure patients and improve renal function, and with highly compliance.
