养老机构老年人跌倒预防知信行问卷的信度和效度研究

摘　　要：目的检测养老机构老年人跌倒预防知信行问卷的信度和效度。方法经文献回顾和2轮专家函询法,形成老年人跌倒预防知信行初始问卷。选取254名养老机构老年人进行调查。采用项目分析、内容效度、结构效度、内在一致性信度、重测信度对问卷进行检验。结果最终形成的问卷包含33个条目。知识维度包括11个条目,产生2个公因子,累计方差贡献率为53.669%,Cronbach＇sα系数分别为0.827和0.745,重测信度分别为0.734和0.620;态度维度包括7个条目,产生1个公因子,累计方差贡献率为61.303%,Cronbach＇sα系数为0.889,重测信度为0.575;行为维度包括15个条目,产生3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为54.191%,Cronbach＇sα系数分别为0.785、0.860、0.548,重测信度分别为0.540、0.687、0.703。问卷的内容效度指数（S-CVI）为0.97,各条目内容效度指数（I-CVI）为0.85-1.00。结论老年人跌倒预防知信行问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可用于养老机构老年人跌倒预防知识、信念、行为的测评。Objective To test the reliability and validity of fall prevention knowledge,attitude,practice questionnaire for older adults in long-term care facilities. Methods The original item pool was formulated through literature review and two rounds of expert consultation using Delphi technique. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire was tested using item analysis,structure validity,content validity,internal consistent reliability and testretest reliability on a sample of 254 older adults in long-term care facilities. Results The final questionnaire consisted of 33 items. The knowledge dimension consisted of 11 items and the exploratory factor analysis identified two principal factors,which explained for 53.669% variance. The Cronbach＇s α coefficients of the two factors were0.827 and 0.745,the test-retest reliability coefficients were 0.734 and 0.620. The attitude dimension consisted of 7items and the exploratory factor analysis identified one principal factor,which explained for 61.303% variance. The Cronbach＇s α coefficient was 0.889 and the test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.575. The practice dimension consisted of 15 items and the exploratory factor analysis identified three principal factors,which explained for 54.191%variance. The Cronbach＇s α coefficients of the three factors were 0.785,0.860 and 0.548,the test-retest reliability coefficients were 0.540,0.687 and 0.703. The scale content validity index was 0.97 and the item content validity index ranged from 0.85 to 1.00. Conclusion The fall prevention knowledge,attitude,practice questionnaire has good reliability and validity,which can be used among older adults in long-term care facilities.
